The MTM Watch digital experience was conceived as a bold extension of the brand’s identity: rugged, precise, and built for extremes. Our concept centered around modernizing the e-commerce platform while preserving MTM’s tactical and utilitarian aesthetic. This meant integrating immersive photography, a strong UI structure, and innovative product customization — all designed to echo the spirit of the Hypertec Chrono and the SPECIAL OPS collections

This fusion of performance and personalization brought the brand’s tactical ethos to life in a compelling digital format.

This section maps out each step users take—from receiving immunization forms to submitting reports—revealing where they face delays, confusion, or extra work. It helps identify opportunities to improve the experience with clearer steps and smarter tools.
User lands on the homepage from an Instagram ad highlighting the Hypertec Chrono. He’s immediately drawn in by full-bleed imagery and a clean, dark-themed UI. He explores the SPECIAL OPS collection, toggles between product variants, then activates the AR view via his mobile phone. Seeing how the watch fits his wrist gives him confidence to proceed. He adds the product to cart, checks out smoothly, and receives an email follow-up for post-purchase engagement and future customization options.

Ecommerce Funnel

The e-commerce platform was designed to feel as premium and tactical as the watches themselves. We implemented a mobile-first responsive design with modular product layouts, high-resolution watch imagery, and intelligent filtering. Checkout was streamlined with minimal steps, while backend architecture allowed for easy management of inventory, SKUs, and user analytics. We also integrated customer reviews, product specs, and limited-edition drops to drive engagement and conversion.

Before diving into 3D and WebAR, we started with intentional interface design. Using Figma, mapped out user flows, interaction states, and responsive layouts to ensure a seamless try-on experience across devices. The focus was on clarity, ease of navigation, and guiding users from curiosity to confident purchase. These early prototypes helped align teams, validate assumptions, and set the stage for a high-performing AR integration.

3D AR Experience

To enhance buyer confidence and personalization, we developed a WebAR feature that lets users try on MTM watches virtually. Built to be lightweight and responsive, this tool works across modern mobile browsers without needing a separate app. Users can explore different bands, finishes, and case sizes, seeing the watch rendered in real scale directly on their wrist. This not only boosted user engagement but significantly reduced product return rates.

Bringing ideas to life through stylized visuals, I’ve led creative direction across 3D animation, product renders, and photoshoots. From modeling and animating in Blender to directing photography and crafting composites in Photoshop, these pieces merge storytelling with technical precision—bridging the gap between static design and immersive brand experiences.

Visual style is an essential part of a project as it helps create a standardized system of colors, fonts, buttons, text input, and many other components that will be combined and displayed on user screens.

Style Guide

Introducing Gotham Black & Futura - By pairing the bold and solid Gotham Black with the clean, timeless elegance of Futura, you create a dynamic contrast. Gotham Black grabs attention, while Futura provides a sleek, balanced complement for subheadings or body text.
The color palette was deliberately restrained to reflect the brand’s tactical and military roots. We used a spectrum of neutral grays, deep charcoals, and black tones to convey strength, sophistication, and durability. Accents were used sparingly — red and orange for alerts and calls to action — ensuring the watches remained the focal point. The use of negative space and consistent grayscale backgrounds helped highlight product detail and enhanced the overall perception of luxury.
